Deposit payment - During Covid - 19

We request a 1 night non- refundable deposit on your total room nights to secure your booking with us.

At the time of booking you will be asked for your credit card details.

 

Methods to pay your Deposit 

By Credit Card  - Visa or Mastercard Only

Please note: Your deposit will be debited in local currency IDR

 

Bank Transfer - For Australian guests only, Please contact us for our bank details in AUD$

 

Final Payment at the lodge

Payments by Credit Card are preferred without charges.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Before arrival

Your 1 night deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your booking prior to arrival.

We can transfer your booking to another time within 1 year of your booking date 

*subject to availability and any price changes

Note: This option is not available for bookings through OTAs or Agents

After arrival

A 1 night cancellation fee will be charged if you wish to cancel any accommodation nights after arrival.

 

Force Majeure  

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as: a war, strike, riot, crime , airline disruption or natural forces such as : earthquake, flood, drought, fire or volcanic eruption, your deposit will not be refunded, but may be *redeemed at a later date (up to 1 year from the booking date) *subject to availability & any extra room price changes.
