The Experience

Come to the sauna, before dinner and unwind with hot steam and subtle lighting, then dip into the natural pool to cool down and go back for another steam... 3 - 4 times hot & cold rotation, will send you off for a blissful sleep, waking up feeling energised.

A shared Sauna is available for a Minimum of 4 guests

Please let our office know by 2pm if you would like to join a sauna.

Book the sauna exclusively for a: solo, couple or group experience

 

Price: 1 - 2 people 450K
             3 - 6 people 650K​

             7 - 9 people 750K

​*Sound bowl available. Also ask in our office for essential oils. 

Sauna Etiquette & Experience

Please

• Wear your swimming clothes or sarong in the sauna

• Keep an eye on how long you are in the sauna - recommended 10-20 minutes for each session, then repeat after cold plunge

• Pregnant women, those with heart conditions and young children (unless guided by a parent) are not advised

• Use quiet voices in the sauna 

• Take a shower (next to the sauna) before entering the swimming pool
